Returns/complaints

Within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product you can inform us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase contract by sending us an e-mail to hello@amvicosmetics.com or in writing to the address indicated below. Then, within the following 14 days, you must return the order, together with the completed withdrawal form and receipt of purchase.

Complaints should be submitted together with a completed complaint form by e-mail to hello@amvicosmetics.com or in writing to the address:

The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of confirmation of receipt.
